ABOUT US
Born and raised in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan, Hassanayn Joseph has built a reputation for providing individuals with sound legal advice and effective representation. No matter what issues are distressing you and your loved ones, you should have a dedicated legal professional acting as your voice. Mr. Joseph is dedicated to providing caring support and compassionate legal advocacy.

During law school Mr. Joseph served as the President of the Criminal Law Society and worked with prominent Toledo attorneys. He also obtained the highest ranking in the Criminal Appeals Clinic and in the Domestic Violence and Juvenile Law Clinic at the University of Toledo. Mr. Joseph developed a well-rounded understanding of the law, spending time at the City of Toledo Prosecutor's Office as well as the Toledo Legal Aid Society Public Defender's Office.

After law school, Mr. Joseph served as a non-profit attorney at a civil rights law firm, working at the Toledo-based Advocates for Basic Legal Equality (ABLE) from 2017 to the end of 2020 in the Housing and Community Economic Develop practice group and Re-entry Practice Group serving as the attorney tasked with removing barriers for those recently released from incarceration.

Mr. Joseph is a prominent member of the Toledo legal community, presently serving as First Vice President for the Lucas County Bar Association, he serves is the Chairmen of the Membership Committee and also serves on the Common Pleas and Municipal Court Committees with the Toledo Bar Association.
In '20, '21 and '22, Mr. Joseph was nominated for the 20 Under 40 Leadership Award and is currently serving on the Board for the non-profit Community Action Agency Pathway, Inc. He also presently serves as the Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Padua Center (a non-profit which provides support to high-risk youths).
